This plant is the main machine responsible for manufacturing metal chimneys. The materials used are metal sheets of thickness from 0.3 mm to 2 mm and length of ten centimeters to two meters depending on the particular construction. It offers a very nice aesthetic result as well at stainless steel the final stage is a pure white bonding, almost invisible. Finally, the welding time is 1metro per 18 seconds.

The use of the beading machine is to form beads in thin aluminum, stainless steel, iron, zinc and copper segmental elbows (thickness between 0.4 to 1.5 mm) and diameters from Ø 80 mm up to 1000 mm.
The steel supporting frame in combination with the two, heat treated, forming rollers (adjustable pressure) are capable for a fast and reliable result.
